There are various different Software versions for this Series. some of them have different interfaces so not every config option is in the same place.
Secret Menus
none of these are officially documented by Mitel. These menus have a chance at bricking your device, or altering the config of the handset in an undesirable way. It can be very hard to reverse these changes so proceed at your OWN RISK.
Service Menu

Boot menu

- shutdown your handset
- start it
- as soon as the led lights up press the volume up and the volume down button (or the upper and lower side button)
- hold until the screen shows
